All indoor 'dry' sports at Mid Argyll Sports Centre which offers a modern, well equipped centre available to park residents. From badminton to table tennis and squash to archery, the sports centre has them all.

ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
Fishing

Permits are available for all Forestry Commission and local club lochs plus boat hire. Boat trips available from Ardrishaig and Crinan.

Sea Angling There is ample fishing throughout the area.
Sailing Boats can be launched at Ardrishaig Boat Club nearby.
Swimming An indoor pool (opened 1996) is a short walk from the park, or a lovely beach at Crinan Ferry 7 miles from the park.
Bowling Two local clubs both within one mile from the park, one directly next door! welcomes visitors.
Tennis Two courts are situated adjacent to one of the bowling clubs and again makes visitors very welcome.
Walks A series of sign-posted walks of varying distances are offered by the Forestry Commission in Mid Argyll, as well as other interesting walks such as the banks of Crinan Canal and trough the grounds of Kilmory Castle. Details of these are available at reception.
Gardens Gardens worth visiting in Argyll are Kilmory Castle (Lochgilphead), Crarae (Minard), Arduane (Kilmelford) and the Isle of Gigha (ferry at Taynloan)
Children's Play    Apart from the park's play area, a swing park and paddling pool are some 200 yards from the park.
Argyll Golf Golf is only 5 minutes away at Lochgilphead Golf Club There are many other golf courses in the Mid-Argyll area such as Tarbert, Inveraray, Oban, Southend, Carradale and a links at Machrihanish.

Horse riding and Trekking are also available within a few miles.
